The first one is taken from the "Jump in the fire" single CD and the second is the one of the "creeping death" single CD. Nowadays, this is a quite hard-to-find item. THE $5,98 EP - GARAGE DAYS RE-REVISITED, 2nd press, Japan CBS 23DP5235 with OBI, 2.153 Yen version 2nd press of the japanese version. Highly sought after CD !! Another version, similar to this one exists. However, its Obi strip indicates 2.300 instead of 2.153 Yens. Both are extremly rare.
